Tinychat by Tinychat connects you to your friends with live video and sound.

The human race is a social crowd and being connected to your friends and family is an important part of who we are. Having the right tools to connect to those we love is critical to getting the most out of your time spent talking and Tinychat is one of those tools.

Tinychat lets you connect to other Tinychat users with full video and sound over Wi-Fi or 3G networks. Create your own chat room or join an existing one and connect with all of the people in the chat room in real time.

It is possible to connect with several people at the same time which means you can create a chat room with nearly a dozen people and all are displayed in full color, with real-time video. Chat rooms can be closed when the conversation is done and there are no contact details required to connect which means your personal security remains intact.

Tinychat was last updated to Version 3.4 on March 18, 2013 and included some major crash and freezing fixes as well as some other performance updates. There have been 19 ratings for this app with an average score of two out of five stars.

I found Tinychat to be a really cool idea but the implementation needs some work. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out and at times it is not the smoothest app I have ever used. Future additions may improve this app and there might be something to it once the bugs are worked out.
