Frontline Commando: D-Day by Glu Games Inc. is a challenging game for your iPad that puts you right in the heart of the action.

It's D-Day and you'll be leading the charge in the WW2 invasion by the Allies. It's up to you to defeat the occupation forces so France can be free again. You will need to storm the beaches, clear out the trenches, and then free the town, just as in history.

This third-person shooter game features stunning graphics, heart-pounding action, full voiceovers, intuitive controls, and advanced physics. You will feel as though you really were part of the battle. You're going to need to work your way through enemy territory so travel with care. Jump barriers, dodge mines, and try not to get shot by enemy fire as you run to your next cover point. You'll have a full arsenal of weapons of your own to use such as a machine-gun, or an historic rifle is that's more your liking.

All in all you’ll find 145 missions and five campaigns. The campaigns are all single-player.

There is in-app purchases that allow you pick up additional items that can help you in the battle.
