Brave Interactive Comic by Disney lets you relive the amazing adventure of Merida from Brave.

Brave Interactive Comic is based on the 2012 Disney/Pixar hit animated movie Brave. Brave is about the character Merida who goes against her village's age-old customs and then, after consulting a witch, accidentally turns her mother into a bear.

In this app you get 48 pages of highly interactive adventure and mayhem. Follow the story page by page much like a traditional comic book or you can set it to autoplay and it will turn the pages at a set pace for you. Add in some great music and sound effects and you are carried away into the Scottish Highlands on the adventure of your life.

Also included are special sections where you can read all about the main characters. There is also a slide show featuring the original sketches and concept art from Disney. You also get access to the How-to-Draw guide which shows you step by step how to draw the characters from the movie.

Brave Interactive Comic was last up dated to Version 2.6 on December 30, 2012 and included some minor bug fixes. There have been 12 ratings for the current version with an average score of 3.5 out of five.

The app seems to be lacking in the interactive department. Other than turning pages and hearing the sound effects there isn’t a whole lot to get involved with. There is also doesn’t seem to be any narration so the target age is limited without parental assistance.
