Pixer by by Friskylabs, Inc. is a photo-sharing social-networking based app for your iPad that makes sure you don't miss any fun pictures.
This app, formerly known as 60 Photos, gives you a way to share your photos and check out pictures from your friends as well. You can browse the photos in the app and vote on them, bumping them higher in the list. Each time someone likes one of your photos you'll be notified. Notifications are also sent to you for new photos. When you're looking at pictures you can view them in full screen mode so you can see every little detail.
As for the app itself sharing your photos is not only easy but also quick. This isn’t some drawn out process you can literally share photos within minutes. Give your photos a title so people know where you were or what you were doing. The photo will show your name, when it was posted, and where. People then have the ability to "Pass" or "Like" your photo.
In this new version you'll now be able to take advantage of better overall performance, faster sharing and browsing, and better quality looking pictures.
Pixer was updated Mar. 29, 2013 and currently has 22 customer ratings with an average rating of two and a half out of five stars.
It seems that the update to this app may be causing issues for some people as far as functionality goes. Once you get past that the app does give you a basic way to share and browse through photos. I did like the ability to rate photos therefore bumping them up the list.
