Pic Filter Lite by Yang Wei is a fun app that gives you a catalog of photo filters and effects to apply to your pictures.

If you're looking for a way to transform a rather drab photo into something creative, beautiful, fun, and unique this is the app to help you do it. Here you'll find a large selection of ways to easily and quickly transform your photos.

There are 36 photo effects that you can apply to your pictures. These include such effects as 3D, Pixelate, Saturation, Snow Fuzz, Lomo, Sketch, Brightness, Gamma, Poster, Edges, Black and White, and plenty more.

In this latest version of the app there was a bug fix and the iPhone 5 is now supported.

The app itself is very simple and easy to use so you can focus on creating beautiful pictures rather than trying to figure out the features. It's incredible how different one photo can look by trying out a variety of effects.

This app is ideal if you have a group of photo memories you’d like to make extra special and unique such as wedding, anniversary, graduation, birthday, new baby, and new house photos. You’ll be able to create artwork style pictures by applying the effects or filters offered.

While this may not have all the bells and whistles of some of the photo apps offered what it did have was easy to use and offered some really nice looking results.
