Splashtop 2 by Splashtop Inc. lets you access your Mac or PC desktop right from your mobile device.

Having access to your entire desktop PC or Mac right from your mobile device might have seemed like a far off dream that would never come true, until now. Splashtop 2 puts the full power of your desktop computer into your pocket and lets you take it with you wherever you go.

You can now use your desktop computer to view PDF files, surf the web on your traditional browsers, or stream high quality 3D PC games over a local network. You can also access any videos, music, or other files that are stored on your computer without having to have an appropriate app installed for viewing them, they play from your computer as though you were sitting at your desk.

You are allowed up to five computers to be attached to your Splashtop account and if you purchase the Anywhere Access pack you can also connect to your computers over the Internet.

Splashtop 2 was last updated to Version v2.3.0.5 on April 10, 2013 and included customizable track pad sensitivity and an onscreen scroll bar. There have been seven ratings for the current version with an average score of five out of five stars.
