Pocket Penguins by California Academy of Sciences brings you the ultimate cute educational app.

This app is meant for kids and adults with a love and interest in penguins. It provides you with real-time streaming from the California Academy of Sciences. What you'll be watching is the live African penguin exhibit at the center.

You can launch the app at any time to see what these adorable little creatures are up to. Watch them flirt, dive, swim, relax, and nest from the three live webcams. As well if you tune in at 10:30 am and 3:00 pm PST you can view meal time and a question and answer period led by the Academy's biologists.

Before launching this app it's important to note that this app needs a good quality wireless network and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. It's recommended to use a WiFi connection.

What's really great about this app is no matter what time you tune in something is always happening and it's always different. You can even view the penguins underwater for a really fun experience.
