Keeping track of your heart health is very important to staying healthy overall and a good way to keep track of your heart is with Instant Heart Rate. The rate your heart beats at, or your pulse rate as it’s more commonly referred to, is a good indicator as to how your heart is doing.

Instant heart rate uses your device's camera to detect your pulse rate from your fingertip. It uses much the same idea as the fingertip heart rate monitor that you would have if you were at the hospital. To get a reading you simply place your finger over the camera and wait for the app to indicate that it has read your pulse.

Instant Heart Rate includes a few great features such as the Real-time PPG graph, Continuous or Auto-stop modes, as well as Pulse Waveform Graphs, and more. The amount of data you can collect on your overall heart health is pretty amazing.
