Add some drama to your videos with the music and filters available through this iPad app. Create stunning results with ease, quickly and smoothly as you get creative with your videos. Besides creating your own videos you can also check out what others are making and watching. There is even the "today's most popular videos" section where you'll be able to view all the most watched ones.

Features include being able to check out the most popular videos out there on the web, view what your friends are posting and watching on the app, Facebook, and Twitter, and check out the community of celebrities. Use the swipe feature to skip a video at any time during playback.

When filming your video there is no time limit, you can film as much as you like. You can pause and resume during the filming as well. When you're finished filming you're ready to apply a soundtrack or custom filter that will seamlessly match the length of each of your videos.

The app offers integrated sharing to Twitter and Facebook. There is also group messaging and a video inbox so that you can share and chat privately.

Telly was updated on Apr. 1, 2013 and currently has 92 customer ratings with an average rating of four out of five stars.

This app was one that was easy to use, fun, and almost instantly addictive. I liked that you could share your videos through social media or privately using the video inbox.
