SymbolGram by Lynette Pui Gar Fong Castellanos is an app that cleverly enables you to crop your photos and images in certain stylized ways such as shapes and words, ready to be shared with friends and family online via social media sites.

Using this app could not be simpler; you can choose to take a photo from within the app or choose an image from your Camera Roll, scale it, crop it, and then upload it.

SymbolGram comes with a whole host of different font styles and colors and a selection of stylish frames to help you present your creations in the best way possible.

This app enables sharing via Instagram and you can also share your creations online via Twitter.

SymbolGram was updated to version 1.3 in mid-April of 2013. The current version has received a total of 17 customer ratings with an average score of three out of five stars.

It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is in this day and age to create professional-looking photographic creations with nothing more than a few taps on a screen. This is an incredibly easy-to-use app that seems to work quickly and smoothly, and uploading the finished product is very self-explanatory.
