Baby Pregnancy Tracker (Lite) by Tulips Sarl is meant for moms to be as a way of reading about your pregnancy as it develops.

Being pregnant is a very exciting time for moms and dads to be and can often be a bit confusing and overwhelming especially during first-time pregnancies. This app walks you through the developmental stages that your baby will go through during a specified amount of time.

Use the app to track the developments of your baby during the first phase of your pregnancy, which is the first 10 weeks. The free version gives you pictures of how your baby looks during that first trimester as well as information about the changes your body will be going through.

You can use the calculator to figure how many weeks along you are, what your due date is, and therefore what your baby's star sign will be. If you're interested in learning the sex of your baby you can try the Chinese calendar that gives you the answer of boy or girl. There’s no promise of it being accurate but its track record is apparently quite impressive.

Additional features include information on proper nutrition for baby and you during pregnancy and advice.

I like that the whole first trimester was free to use so you could get a feel for the app and decide if you wanted to make the in-app purchase for the full version. It was easy to use and the images were quite good.
