Glide by Glide gives Facebook account users a way to chat with their friends and family via video.

Sure you can chat on the phone, text, or use instant messaging but if you want to be able to feel as though you're having a live conversation video messaging is the way to go. If you have a Facebook account, this app is meant for you. Currently only Facebook users can access this app; however, the developers are working on adding more signup options.

Go ahead and send a video message instantly and if they are available you'll be able to have the conversation in real-time. If their status is set to not available they will be able to view your message later.

Features of this app include being able to broadcast live through a single tap, when receiving or sending a message you won't have to download or upload anything, and the messages are saved on the cloud which means they won't take up space on your mobile device. When chatting you can talk to one person or a group, view messages sent to you and respond whenever you like, and there is no limit on the amount of messages you receive and send. You can also combine text and Emojis in your broadcasts.

Glide was updated on Apr. 18, 2013 and currently has 26 customer ratings with an average rating of four and a half out of five stars.

This was a great way to communicate with friends and family and the fact there are no limits on the amount of messages you can send and receive is fantastic.
