If you are a Pokémon lover and have strived to collect them all then you will love this app. With PokéBuilder you can create all of your very own custom Pokémon including their evolutions, EVs, and many more.
Let your creative side loose and start building your very own army of custom Pokémon. Once you have created them you can upload them directly to your copy of Pokémon BW or BW2 for your Nintendo DS. Not all monsters may be allowed in the game and any that are should be used for testing and training purposes.
The app interface is very easy to navigate and creating a monster is very intuitive. Simply make selections for all of the menus such as Nickname, 
Ability, Nature, Held Item, and more. You can also set the maximum level and the various options that determine your monsters overall power.
PokéBuilder was last updated to Version 2.2.2 on April 4, 2013 and included some minor bug fixes. There have been 242 reviews for the current version of this app with an average score of 4.5 out of five stars.
I haven’t played Pokémon in such a long time but this app has made me want to go and get it again. The amazing new creations that you can make with this app add a whole new level to the game.
