Workout Plan by Matcha Labs helps you on the road to meeting your health and fitness goals.

Setting your health and fitness goals is the easy part, but reaching them is a whole other story. This app works as a fitness schedule and journal to help you along the road to better overall health while helping to keep you motivated.

Some of the features of this app include being able to create and then manage your own personal exercises. You don't need to search through a library of exercises and choose from pre-determined ones, it's all about personalization and keeping things very easy. You can also use the app to help you plan your future workouts. This is done through the repeating schedules that can be once a month, once a week, every day, or whatever else you decide to pick. Again it’s about flexibility and personalization.

During your workout as you complete a task (exercise) you just tap on Next Exercise so you can complete it at your own pace; there are no timers or prompts. As well if you happen to miss a day it's not a big deal, the app just skips right over it as well. You can manage a number of workouts at once and each one can include its own exercises and schedules.

Workout Plan was updated on Oct. 31, 2012 and currently has 18 customer ratings with an average rating of four out of five stars.

I liked the simple and easy approach of this app. There was no pressure, no timers, and nothing that made you feel as though you were failing. This was about working around your schedule, keeping you organized, and reaching your goals.
