Features

Use this app to tune almost any instrument you can think of. The app works as a customized-background tool that gives you 128 kinds of tunings. The background image of the app can be customized with an image from your device or using one of the built-in ones. It’s known for its built-in turner complete with a tone generator from pitch A0 to pitch C8.

When tuning it uses circle indicators that let you know 10 cents of your tone. The detecting accuracy of the app is ±0.1. The reason a tuner is so important is because people aren't able to hear the difference under 10 cents.

Some of the instruments this app can help you tune include banjos, violins, guitars, bass, ukulele, piano, and mandolins. As well you'll find national instruments from around the world such as the erhu from China, the setar from Iran, kithara sarda from Italy, and the sitar from India. As mentioned there are 128 kinds of tuning which include not just your standard tuning but also ones like Drop A, Open G, and many others. There is also support of a built-in microphone input and line in pickup.

Personal Comments by Reviewer

Because I am not a musician I can only comment on the feel, look, and ease-of-use of this app, all of which I felt were really quite good. Because tuning instruments is essential to creating the proper sound I thought this was a great way to do so even on the go with an app you can rely on for its accuracy.
