PicCam by click2mobile is a photo and video app that lets you apply all kinds of cool extras to your pictures such as effects and filters. Not only are there tons of editing features but the app was created to be very easy to understand and use. It was released on June 28, 2013 and is available in English.

User Experience

As mentioned there was an emphasis placed on the user-experience with this app to ensure it was quick, simple, and most of all fun to use. Flexibility and versatility were also high on the list of priorities. The app manages to hit on all of these points very successfully providing you with some really creative and great looking photos that you can share with family and friends.

Features

Features of this app include being able to add photo effects, filters, borders, masks, shapes, and stickers. When you're doing enhancing your photos you can then share them to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

There are more than 50 fonts to choose from so you can add text to a photo and with this you can add text layers. Text can be resized, re-positioned, rotated, deleted, and the opacity can be adjusted.

There are more than 120 patterns, colors, and textures to choose from. If you want to delete the text layers simply hold the delete button down. Additional features you can use include more than 170 creative looking stickers and photo filters. Enhance your photo by adjusting the saturation, brightness, sharpness, contrast, hue, RBG, and exposure.

Borders and masks can also be applied with customizable overlays, shapes, color texture, and light-leaks. Remember it’s all about flexibility, creativity, and customization with this app so you can take rather dull looking photos and turn them into something spectacular.

There are no customer ratings for the app yet however there is a comment where the user was unable to use anything on the app. The camera icon didn't work so the user couldn't take a photo or apply any features to it.

I thought the features and editing options offered with this app were a lot of fun and really did allow you to get creative. I also liked that you could share your photos to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. However it seems there may still be some bug and performance issues to be worked out to ensure smooth performance by all users.
