User Experience

While the content in this app appears useful, it can be a bit slow and cumbersome to navigate. Additionally, it just felt a bit tired-looking as far as the way the exercises were displayed. If you follow the exercise routine laid out here you may be able to achieve some results; however, to reach a perfect belly in just 12 days seems a bit unlikely.

Features

Within this app you are given 20 different abdominal exercises you can use to achieve a flat belly. Each time you complete one of the tasks you'll get a medal, which is meant to act as encouragement and motivation. You can even create your own customized plan by entering in your personal information such as height, weight, and age.

There is a reminder for the next workout, recommended foods that can help you attain a flat belly, and an audio coach that takes you through the exercises.

The user interface is basic and simple, maybe a little too much so for some users.  Go ahead and share your workouts with your friends and family on Facebook and Twitter.

The idea here is that by completing the abdominal exercises two days a week for six weeks you'll be able to banish that unsightly belly fat.

There are a number of in-app purchases, all of which give you additional workout options. These in-app purchases range from $1.99 to $2.99.

Update Info

Version 2.6 features a fix for crash issues and the app now supports iPhone 5.

Customer Ratings and Feedback Comments

The current version of the app has 10 customer ratings with an average rating of 4.5 out of five stars. For the most part users are happy with the variety and types of exercises offered; however, one user in particular still seems to be having issues with it crashing, even after the latest update.

I agree completely with the users as I too had a bit of a problem launching the app. It was extremely slow and lagged quite a bit. Once opened I found the exercises to be quite good and they offered a nice variety of positions and types of exercises so you wouldn’t grow bored. I also liked that the app took you through the whole routine telling you exactly how long it would take to complete.
