What struck me immediately is just how simple and well laid-out the app is. It is very uncluttered and minimalistic in looks but this really works to the app’s advantage. You can focus on the content instead.

I liked that the exercises were divided into muscle groups so I could quickly find exercises that target my problem and concern areas.
