Final Thoughts

This is a simplistic approach to helping your relax. The Calm app does a wonderful job of helping you clear your mind, relax, and feel as though you can continue on with your day in a whole new (and better) state of mind.

I know that some relaxation and meditation apps give you extra functions but those aren’t always needed and I don’t feel this one suffers for being simple.
