I’m rather impressed with this app. For a free resource there are some great exercises and workouts in here, and all of the content is presented in a clear and concise format which I think should be more than suitable for people at a beginner or intermediate level of fitness.

One thing that I immediately found appealing about this app is that it is based around four key principles which ensure that you have the knowledge to implement the right exercises correctly. The routine will help you remain consistently motivated, and you also get a sound nutritional regimen to enhance your results.

The first thing you’ll see upon using this app is the Exercises section which includes a handful of various movements that will work your arms and the surrounding muscle groups.

Each exercise comes complete with a step-by-step guide on how to perform it, as well as an animated depiction of each movement so you can really get a feel for how to do it correctly. You can tap the icon in the top right-hand corner to bring up a more detailed description and explanation of the exercise so it’s a good idea to check this out if you get stuck at any point.
