An Enterprise application for existing Kimble Customers using the Kimble PSA that allows professionals to record time spent on activities immediately, and out of pocket expenses as they are incurred, freeing up time from their ever busy schedules. The application allows the capture of time and expense details along with photographs of receipts, and through GPS functionality, allows car journey details to be recorded and journey distance automatically calculated. Integration with the Kimble server means that consultants may enter timesheets and expense claims only for projects to which they are assigned, and ensures that the time recording and expense policies defined for those projects are enforced. Once completed, timesheets and expenses may be submitted for processing following the approval processes defined for their organisation.
This application requires Kimble 1.22 or above.
