Movement is versatile practice using mainly your own body. Different kind of equipments are used if necessary to achieve the goals. Focus is developing balance between strength and mobility with multifaceted ”natural human movements”. Reasonably programmed practise is based on realistic goals and finding the right starting level. It is determinate to follow the progressions and proceed to the next level only when you are truly ready for it! Do not rush, find your own level for Strength, Skill, and Mobility!
