The simplest possible tabata timer that beeps when it's time to start and stop working hard.
1. Hit the start button
2. You get twenty seconds to get ready.
Tabata is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training that dictates you work hard for twenty seconds and rest for ten. You complete eight rounds, for a total of four minutes. You can do push-ups, air squats, jump lunges--anything that gets your body working!
I built this because I didn't want all the bells and whistles of other tabata apps. I just wanted to hit "start" and get to work!
