Mylo is your little meditation friend, designed to help you easily track the quantity and quality of your daily meditations. Great for monitoring your progress.

* Log in with email or social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google) to store your entries for each month
* Set reminder alert to prompt you to make a daily entry
* Includes handy How To Meditate & Guided Meditation sections
* Link to stream peaceful music (note: needs data to work, so better over WiFi)

The idea is to check back to see how you have been doing day by day and month to month in a chart format, which should help to quickly highlight any issues. This is the first version of the app, and we are already working on improvements and additions to be released in the next version. It's a great little standalone tool, or something you can use in combination with the Meditation For Stress book by Nigel Powell. (
