Can I order by phone or walk-in to the store? If it’s convenient for you, both phone calls and walk-ins are always welcome. (But we’re sure you’ll switch to our app once you’ve given it a go) Are there fabrics you don’t clean? Hanger takes pride in our ability to handle all kinds of fabric. In the rare event that we receive items, and cannot guarantee the quality of cleaning them, we will notify you as soon as possible. We won’t start cleaning an item unless we are sure of how to handle it. What do I do when I’m not sure if you can clean a specific item? Take a picture of the item and send it to us via the message center in our app. Our team will contact you regarding the item immediately. Can I schedule a different location for the pick-up and the drop-off? We strive to satisfy our customers by making life easy for them. An option is provided to choose a different pick-up and drop-off locations. Can I reschedule a collection or delivery? Yes, you can reschedule or cancel any order 12 hours before the pick-up time, by contacting us through our customer care line on 22453144. Is there a minimum order? Yes, there is a minimum order depending on the location. Any order that falls under the minimum amount required for that area will automatically be charged at the minimum amount. Quick Pay We use a quick and secure payment method. Once we’ve collected your order a minimum charge will apply. We’ll then sort through your items and calculate the final cost, upon which point we’ll notify you before proceeding. Once you’ve approved, we’ll proceed with your order and deliver right to your doorstep.
