Focus Areas: These are your three chosen areas of well-being attention. They reflect your particular interests, and unique readiness to pursue your well-being improvement goals. (When you're ready to move to the next stage, visit the website and do the "Progress Check Survey.")
Trackers: These let you track well-being details daily, so you can see your progress and patterns, from day to day and week to week. The data you input here shows in your weekly and monthly graphs on the website.
Actions: These are easy actions you can take any day, every day, in just a few minutes. Each moves you a small but meaningful step forward towards your well-being goals. Pick one or two a day, and see the changes add up.
Ask A Health Coach: This allows you to pose questions to one of our on-staff Health Coaches, in a private and secure means. They will reply to your questions within a short time. Have a question about diet, exercise, something else? Ask it here.
Experience Points: Everything you do in Well-Being Plus or in the web application earns you Experience Points, and reflects your overall efforts to improve your well-being. Watch those numbers go up from day to day.
