The Healthy Weight Management Self-Hypnosis Program contains six audios designed to help you meet your weight and fitness goals. By listening to the audios, your mind can learn to help you work towards a healthier lifestyle. You choose your own diet and exercise program by allowing your mind to guide you towards the answers. You will be encouraged to make progress in gradual positive steps that include feelings of healthy self-acceptance. This self-acceptance encourages you to keep moving forward; working towards improvement rather than perfection. As you focus on being healthy, rather than being a certain weight or clothing size, your weight and fitness can improve.

Eat Smart Portions
You can listen to one audio each day for the first four weeks. I suggest you listen in the order the audios are listed; and choose an audio for the seventh day. After four weeks, keep listening as needed.
You can keep track of your listening, and also journal in the weekly notes section.
