Fast, synchronised access to all WorkPoint data WorkPoint 5.0 (2013) and WorkPoint 4.0 (2010) now facilitate downloading and viewing of data on-the-go, assuring fast access to all cases, contacts, documents, and more. The app for iOS is swift and responsive when working with data and is quick to adapt to your WorkPoint solution. All data is easily accessible • Use the settings menu to select which business modules (Projects, Cases, Company, Contacts, Sales, etc.) you want to be shown on your start page. • Under each business module a list of items is shown. Items affiliated with a site will list and give you access to e.g. documents, emails, tasks, contacts, maps, events, notes, and more affiliated with the site in question. Swift and easy search The app makes it swift and easy to run simple searches on the servers on things such as project name, company name, and contact persons. It is also possible to filter the search results by using the tool “FilterViews” to select ”Active Entities” and ”My Entities”. On the log-in screen you are able to select which WorkPoint server to access. Quick and painless to implement The app is quick and painless to implement. An API-plugin is needed on the server end to gain access to your WorkPoint Server. The Mobile API facilitates rights to use mobile and external applications interacting with the WorkPoint Application Programming Interface.
