For Telstra StayConnected® customers only. Telstra StayConnected® app gives you access to live agent support, self-help tools, and data protection features on your iOS device®. How does it work? This app offers you a simple way to resolve mobile device technical issues through live agent (StayConnected Plus customers only) or self-help support. Our self-help support allows customers to search for device-specific, step-by-step solutions. Telstra StayConnected® is the companion app for StayConnected customers. This app also provides data protection and back-up services (up to 10GB of contacts, photos, and videos), so if you suddenly don’t have access to your device, you can retrieve the important information on it as long as you have performed regular back ups. With SolutionHub your personal tech expert • Click to call/chat – Customers can choose how they want to receive live agent support, either via chat or call (StayConnected Plus customers only) • Ask a question – Device-specific, step-by-step solutions that resolve many frequently asked questions and common problems • Did you know – Device-specific tips & tricks; learn how others are getting the most out of their devices • Battery Diagnostics - to help you manage your device battery performance.   Secure it • Back-up your content – StayConnected backs up your contacts, photos and videos in the cloud (up to 10GB) • Locate and alarm –StayConnected can help you work out where you left your device and if the device is nearby, you can sound an alarm to help find it. • Delete information - Remote wipe for iOS devices only applies to contacts and requires the end user to accept the terms.
