The Snow and Ice Management (SIM) App provides SMS Assist’s snow and ice removal Affiliates a way to manage work orders and streamline the onsite validation process on-the-go and in real-time. It is fully integrated with the SMS Assist SIM Portal and creates real-time communication and work order visibility between our affiliates’ home office, crews and SMS Assist. The SIM Mobile app improves the workflow process for both field technicians and Affiliate administrators in the following ways:
