This app enables Halton Housing tenants to report housing problems and repairs. The app also allows the reporting of various issues such as street repairs, graffiti and anti-social behaviour.
In addition to housing repairs reporting, My Landlord provides tenants with a range of information and other services from Halton Housing. There is access to Universal Jobmatch from JobCentre Plus, Universal Credit and The Money Advice Service, as well as a range of local services, news and information.
This application is not designed or suitable for the purposes of reporting emergency repairs.
