Music Awareness Training is our original method of training attention through a musical.
It is based on the experience of the Eastern tradition in meditation, whose physical, mental and emotional benefits have been demonstrated in the West, through a lot of studies and publications in the field of psychology and neuroscience.
All of our music is original, composed and performed by professional musicians and intended for Music Awareness Training.
During one session we made a conscious immersion in a musical work to train the natural ability of self-observation of the thoughts that arise spontaneously in our brain.
The goal is to eventually be able to manage emotions derived from these thoughts, without getting caught up in them.
With training in Music Awareness Training, skills are developed in relation to self-awareness, self-control, concentration and reflection, winning in our area of freedom.
