Plus 5 Fitness is a sequential exercise program for children form K through 4th grade that is easy to learn and can be performed in most any restricted space. It is also part of a Comprehensive School Activity Plan that helps children reach the recommended 60 minute activity goal.
Plus 5 Fitness has professionally animated and designed routines which are easy to follow and learn. Each routine may be broken down to the individual moves which allows children to easily learn at their own pace. After feeling comfortable with each move, they may proceed with the full routine where they will be guided through a series of exercises.
