Picture Diet is made for you to track your daily meals.
If you are on diet, Picture Diet offers a nice way to keep track of your meals without feeling the pressure of seeing the word Calories everyday
If you want to remember your meals and check your daily steps, Picture Diet will help you do both at the same time.
How to use:
1- Take pictures of what you are eating
2- Indicate what kind of food you are eating
3- Validate your choices
1- Add reminders for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you don't forget to take pictures
2- Add or edit daily notes to keep track of your feelings
3- Add tags for each picture you take
4- Remove data for a whole Day by swiping the Day to the left and pressing "Delete"
What the app does:
1- It logs your food pictures daily
2- Allow you to see quickly what kind of food you ate everyday
3- Shows pictures with a coloured timestamp allowing you to know when and what you ate
4- Shows the number of steps per day
5- Keep track of your emotions day by day
You will be able to quickly check if your mood is related to your meals choices.
You will also have an easy way to check what amount of food you ate according to your daily steps (A target of 10 000 steps per day is recommended to keep a good health)
Apple Health Kit is used to retrieve steps daily. If no pictures are taking for a day, this day won't appear in the main menu.
Apple Core Data is used to store your data on the phone. In the current version (1.0) , no data are sent on the network, everything is on your phone.
