AnnotDoc is a handy little application that provides big results. This app is great for students, professionals and others who perform a bevy of tasks that involve presentations, form submission, customer services, assignments for work or school, and so much more. This app is a solid tool that will help increase your productivity in any professional or academic venture. AnnotDoc supports just about every major document type like: MS Word 2003, MS Word 2007, MS PowerPoint 2003, MSPowerPoint 2007 and PDF. In fact, one of the great things about this program is that you can fill out PDF files on your iPad and send them off. You can even sign documents right on your iPad. No more having to print them out just to enter the data then scan or fax them back. Or, you can simply fill them out on your iPad and print the file out and they will look professional and clean. There are numerous other features with this app including the options to handwrite in different languages (English, Chinese, Japanese), highlight different portions of documents, auto-align hand writing for things like math equations, use wavy or dotted lines for drawings, and much more.
This app can do just about everything needed in regards to document productivity. But the bread and butter of this app is the annotation options. Add notes to your documents or slide show presentations right on the spot. IF a customer or professor gives some solid feedback, you can add that feedback right as it happens. Other bells and whistles of this app are: 19 different fonts to use, 28 different icons to use, email documents, export MS Word files to PDF, sync with Itunes, and more. And after you have created all of your documents or slide show presentations, this app allows you to add a watermark to prevent anyone from outright copying your material.
