Guest List Organiser iPhone/iPad App Review

If you've ever been in the situation where you've had to organise an event, you will know that there are a lot of different things to think about. You need to think about who you are going to invite, where they are going to sit, who they can bring and so forth. Now, this isn't an easy thing to keep track of but now, there is an "app for that". Guest List Organiser has been created to help you with this exact problem as it allows you to organise every event you might have from beginning to end in terms of your guest list. First of all, let's talk a little about the features of this app. Basically, this app is a complete solution and it works extremely well. The app saves you a lot of time importing all of the guests that you might want to invite as it can actually connect with the address book that you already have on your phone as well as your Facebook account. Many people have hundreds, if not thousands of friends on Facebook so this is a stunning feature that will be a huge time saver. If you've organised previous events on the app, you can import anyone that you invited to that event too which again, saves time and really simplifies things. Another incredible feature of this app is the way that it uses the Apple iCloud system to sync the app across your devices. This app is available for the iPhone and iPad; the iPad version is full HD and looks stunning on the big screen. All of the guest information will be synced between devices without any effort at all from yourself; again, making things so simple. In terms of the information that the app actually allows you to keep track of, you can ensure that you know whether a guest has been invited, been confirmed or attended. This is done with the simple checking of a box within the contacts information within the app. Of course, once this is checked, the information is then synced with various other Apple devices that you might have the app installed on. Fantastic. Guest List Organisers features don't stop here however, once you have an event organised, you are able to produce PDF documents and reports. You then have the opportunity to share these documents and reports via email, Evernote and even your Dropbox folder. You can also print them. This is great if you are organising an event on behalf of someone else and you wish to show them all of your hard work. In terms of the user interface of the Guest List Organiser app, it couldn't really be any more straightforward. It is beautiful and simple on both the iPhone and the iPad devices.
