This is ideal for people who are always on the go and don't want the added cost or inconvenience of a structured class, routine, or membership. This app can be used on your iPad and requires iOS 7.

This app is all about giving you simple-to-follow workouts that can be done in the comfort of your own home within just five minutes. This means there are no excuses for skipping workouts. Of course if you want to work out longer than five minutes you can do so by completing more than one workout. You can customize the type and length of your workout to fit your own needs and schedule. This is something an exercise class obviously can’t do.

This app has recently been updated with some small enhancements for iOS 7. The app is free to download but all the different workout packs are available as in-app purchases, each of which are priced at $0.99. You can instead opt to purchase the Full Feature Upgrade for $4.99.

So far the app has a very impressive 4.5 out of five star rating from users who are commenting on the ease of use and even some who are already seeing results.

What to Expect

The app has been designed to be very easy to use and with that in mind the workouts have been divided into six easy-to-understand categories. There is butt and legs, chest and arms, yoga, abs, Pilates, and fat loss. You may just want to focus on one of these; then again, maybe you want to mix it up and try them all. Each of the sessions include the workout period and rest period. The instructions are given through 3D animations and there are 42 exercises in total. The exercises can be done by anyone but this is better for those who are novices.

Each of these sessions has its own target but keep in mind with just a five minute workout you can't expect huge results. Ideally if you want to see huge changes you’re going to need to combine at least a few of the routines on a daily basis.
