All Countries app review

Reviews

Introduction

Unless you've taken the time out to look at the globe and ingest all the locations of each country, chances are that you don't know exactly where many of the countries are placed on the map of the world. All Countries is an app for the iPhone and iPad which enables users to zero in on the location of any country in a simple and straightforward way.

You can find this app in the Reference section of the App store, where it can be purchased for just 99 cents, a lot cheaper than any globe or atlas you may have to purchase for the same purpose.

Let's take a look at this app's features.

User Interface & Layout

You'll be pleased to know that All Countries is a very lightweight app and will take up under half a megabyte on your iOS device. The user interface is really simple but modern and is highly responsive to the user's commands.

You can either search for countries using the search bar and then tap on the result displayed, or simply shake your device to receive a random country's information. You will then be taken to a map where you will find not only the map of the continent in which it's contained, but you'll also see the country highlighted in red so you can find it easily.
