Kindle Candle app review: romantic and practical
Introduction
Perfect for both romantic and practical situations, Kindle Candle is a very fun iPhone and iPad that essentially acts as a virtual candle with adjustable settings so that you can easily illuminate the darkness in a slightly more novel manner than by simply using your iPhone flashlight.
The best romantic apps for iPhoneThis is a charming
romance app, and although the functionality is very basic I would say it’s definitely a nice idea that has been developed to a fairly reasonable standard so be sure to check it out if you’re looking for your very own iCandle!
Awesome Gesture-Based Candle Controls
Making a rather unique addition to the Entertainment category of the App Store is this, well, candle app!
Best iphone and ipad appsWith this app you’ll be able to enjoy a fully adjustable candle flame suitable for any number of situations ranging from romantic engagements to storytelling or simple power outages when you’re looking for a nice mood but don’t have any real candles to hand.
The cool thing about Kindle Candle is that you can “ignite” the candle flame by shaking your device or double tapping on the candle wick and then “extinguish” the candle flame by blowing into your iOS device’s integrated microphone; you can even put the flame out by holding your finger on it.
Adjust the Flame Flicker Rate
You’ll also want to take a look at the Settings menu in Kindle Candle because from there you can adjust the color of the candle wax and the rate at which the flame flickers.
As far as I can see, the only thing that is missing from this app is a feature that would allow you to adjust the candle flicker rate by either touching the flame or blowing into the microphone; I’m not sure how this would work but it would certainly make a pretty cool addition!
