It doesn't matter who you are; everyone suffers from stress and anxiety to some degree in their life. The Beating Stress app for your iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone has been created to help users combat stress and figure out a way to overcome it. It doesn't matter what the source of your stress and/or anxiety is, the app is able to help you control it and really deal with it in a productive way. For some people there are just little stressful items that pop up here and there whereas others feel as though they can't handle one more thing. There is no need to suffer as there are ways to work through it.
The Beating Stress app takes the approach of helping users to manage their stress in a positive way so that their life will be that much happier. Stress affects people both mentally and physically so why do that to yourself when there are methods that could offer you a lot of relief. The app is presented as a report that outlines the many ways you can control your stress and anxiety. It is broken down into a number of different helpful sections that can be incredibly enlightening.
The app was released more than four years ago now and hasn't had any updates but in reality the content isn't something that would change over the years. Of course at this point the app feels dated and not engaging at all, and suffers from the fact there are no interactive tools. These sorts of things could all enhance it. The app doesn’t have any customer comments or a customer rating.
