Traveling Companion app review: compass and GPS navigation

Reviews

Introduction

Traveling Companion is a fantastic navigational tool for iPhone and iPad that combines advanced GPS functionality with compass orientation to help you easily find your way around even the most remote terrain.

10 free apps worth checking out 2021

As far as navigational instruments go I’d personally rather stick with a good old-fashioned compass and OS map, but if you are a little more reliant on high-tech gear then this app should make a great addition to the iPhone.

Final Words

Traveling Companion has definitely caught my interest and although I’ll be sticking to the fundamentals of navigation and orienteering I would still recommend considering it if you’d rather use your iPhone and iPad for the occasional day trip.
