Meeting Inspector is an awesome iPhone and iPad app that should serve you well in a professional context as it helps you to organize business meetings and then evaluate their efficacy based on a number of criteria.
Boy oh boy, if you’ve ever worked in a corporate setting then you’re probably well aware of just how wasteful the management can be with time; having worked in sales for a number of years I’ve resented being pulled away from the phone just to have my manager garble on about something that could have been put in an email!
Whether you work in human resources, quality control, or some other similar line of work I think you’ll find this to be an effective tool for planning and monitoring meetings to ensure their productivity and overall effectiveness.
This app allows you to plan, conduct, and then evaluate meetings in retrospect while also laying out clear meeting profiles with what you expect to be covered and achieved so that everyone is kept in the loop.
Share Your Findings via Email
Meeting Inspector also makes it very easy for you to report your findings to your superiors as you can share them via email, and there is an option to add your own custom notes so that you can insert your own commentaries where necessary.
I would imagine that exporting your results via email is also very useful in the long term because it will allow you to compile an ongoing record of which teams or managers are using their time most effectively.
