Whether you’re a local resident or a first-time visitor trying to find your way around in Lagos, Nigeria, you’re sure to find Lagos Map to be a very useful iPhone and iPad app with its offline map content and full GPS integration.
I should start this review by saying that while this is a fairly high-quality app, you can find the content for free in apps like Apple Maps and Google Maps, and probably with more detail to boot. Even so, this app is centered on Lagos in Nigeria which should make it useful if you want a resource specific to the area.
Making a rather simple and arguably redundant addition to the Navigation category of the App Store is this offline map resource for Lagos in Nigeria, which provides a reasonable amount of detail for the region.
With this app you can use your device’s integrated GPS to easily find your current location on the map, as well as being able to save most frequently visited locations to your Bookmarks list for quick and easy future reference.

Being able to bookmark locations also makes Lagos Map useful for creating a kind of travel itinerary of places you’d like to visit, but you could just as easily achieve this for free with an app like Google Maps.
