Get Organized and Stay Organized

Meeting Box is designed for the serious note-taker. It’s more than just a note-taking app, and sets a new level for organization, and includes not only a note-taking section, but also a task manager, map, photo, and webpage annotation option. You can set out your project plan, set tasks to help you remember what needs to get done next, and even have the app remind you when you need to complete your next steps. I also like that you can check maps in app, save your photos for the project in app, and annotate webpages that you are referencing.

The note-taking app is flexible which gives you the freedom to make your notes as complex or simple as they need to be. Draw sketches in the margins or to get your ideas out, and then add text labels, or highlight. Scribble, sketch, and embrace your creative side whenever you need to, or just add plain text if that’s all you need. The flexibility of this app is terrific.

Create and Stay on Task

As I mentioned above, Meeting Box is more than just a note-taking app. The integrated task manager is pretty awesome because you can jump between your tasks and your notes, or even check the map if you need to know where something is and place a map for reference in the text. The flexibility of this app is amazing, and it very much reminds me of creating projects on the computer back in university. I’d have several windows open on the internet, my schedule on the desk, and my paper in some semblance of completion. You can achieve all of this with this terrific app.

It would be hard to share the files if your companion is not using Meeting Box though, so the developers allowed PDF export. I love this because PDFs are sort of the universal file type and when you send a file to a coworker, professor, or anyone else, you can rest assured that if it’s PDF, your recipient can open it.
