Big Day

Price: $0.99

Big Day by whatisid is a tracking app full of graphics and animation effects.

Do you have a big event coming up? You can count the days remaining or the days after any event and use your own photos. Don’t settle for those with tiny images and simple text for counting down the days. This app is totally different.

Do you have a special event like a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or holiday to an exotic place coming up? Maybe you like to count down to holidays like Christmas, Halloween, or Easter…it doesn’t matter what you’re counting down, this app can help you do it.

Have you recently quit smoking and you’re counting the days since it happened? Or maybe you’re just counting the days since your baby was born; this app will do that, too.

Save your Big Day count as an image and share it on Facebook.

You can set your picture for the background from your Camera Roll or Photo Album, or choose one of the icons or images provided. These icons and images are high-quality and suitable for the Retina display on the iPhone 4 or 5.

It’s easy to change the color of the counter by tapping the frame. If you want to reorder the dates and events, you can. Want an alarm? You can do that: just set the notification date and time.

Big Day was updated to Version 5.5.1 on December 4, 2012. The update made a bug fix. This version has a total of seven customer ratings with an average of 3.5 out of five stars.

I really like how you can use your own images and that the counter is huge. The user interface is simple, easy to use, and you can have more than one Big Day to count down.

For: iPhone, iPod touch, iPad with iOS 4.3 or later
