ABC Player by ABC Digital makes sure that you never miss out on your favorite ABC shows.

Use your iPad to catch all your favorite programming on ABC with this handy mobile app. You can use the player to watch shows for free. There are full-length episodes of Grey's Anatomy, Modern Family, Revenge, Last Resort, Once Upon a Time, Happy Endings, and many more hit shows.

Once you launch the app it's easy to then navigate and quickly find the show you're looking for. You can search by most recent, most popular, daytime, or evening. Be sure to check out the schedule so you know when all your shows air.

The app supports closed captioning on all shows and episodes. There is a viewing history that actually remembers where you left off last in case you had to stop an episode mid-way. If you have iCloud turned on the player will save your spot across all of your devices as an added bonus.

In order to view episodes you will need a U.S. based Internet connection. This latest version allows you to control how much data you use on your cellular and WiFi connections. It also has a new look and design and has added tabs.

ABC Player was updated on Nov. 1, 2012 and currently has 3,077 customer ratings with an average rating of two out of five stars.

I liked that there were so many full-length episodes I was able to watch and that I have the mobility to watch them from anyplace as long as I had a connection. The picture quality did, however, leave a bit to be desired.
