CocoPPa by SpiRE, Inc. is an app that allows you to fully customize the visual elements of your iOS device using Japanese Kawaii, or cute, style imagery.

This app allows you to completely overhaul the appearance of your iOS interface, altering your wallpaper and icons with bold colors, cute wide-eyed animals, and mesmerizing patterns.

CocoPPa allows you to register using your Facebook and Twitter account, and new icons and wallpapers are frequently added, so you will never be short of quirky images to keep your theme fresh.

CocoPPa was updated to version 1.8.2 in mid-March of 2013. The current version has a total of 142 customer ratings with an average rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.

I am definitely not a fan of the cutesy Japanese style, but I can certainly see how this app would be very appealing to fans of big-eared, goggle-eyed animated characters. Be aware, you will need to keep the app installed on your device for the themes to remain active, as they are stored within the app, and not in your Photo Library.
