Holy Bible by Paul Avery gives you a quick and easy way to read and refer to Bible verses no matter where you are.

There's no need to cart around a hard cover version of the Bible when you can have it at your fingertips at all times on your mobile device. This app provides you with 23 downloadable translations that once you download will then be available offline.

Other features include the online ESV Bible, parallel Bibles, auto-scrolled reading, and the ability to do a quick search. While you're reading you can make notes, highlight verses, and bookmark. There is Twitter and Facebook integration as well.

You can use the app's daily reading plans if you'd like and while reading the interface is customizable. There is iCloud back-up and syncing featured with the app. Use the app to compare translations of verses, copy verses, share verses, make notes, and even cross reference them.

Additional features such as the NET Notes and study tools are available as in-app purchases. Study tools include such things as Bible maps, Bible name dictionary, Geneva Study Bible, and Matthew Henry commentary.

It should be noted that this app doesn't contain copyrighted texts including NIV, NKJV, and NASB due to royalty fees when used.
