We are using technology more and more; at school, at home even on the move. Our bodies weren't designed to sit still for a long time or do the same thing over and over. Often technology is small which means we get into awkward positions when we use it which can cause aches, pains and can even injure us if we aren't careful.

MOVE4Kids will teach you the best way to use all the different devices you might see each day so that you don’t hurt yourself. The course will cover things like computers, laptops, tablets, games consoles and smart phones.

We have also included some easy stretching exercises you can do if you start to feel stiff or just want to loosen up when you are taking a break from using your gadgets.
