Free running training plans at your fingertips!!
The Tread app takes into account how many kilometres you currently run per week (if any) and offers you training plans based on goals which are safely within your reach.
For each day of your plan, Tread will tell you which workout you need to complete in order to reach your goal! Tread will also track whether you complete each workout and keep you on track.
You can choose from the following running distance goals: 5km, 10km, 21.1km (Half Marathon) and 42.2km (Full Marathon).
You can also choose between 4 different speeds you wish to be able to run your chosen distance goal.
There is a helpful tips section which is a live feed from the Treader herself and features daily hints on a range of running related topics.
There is also a Feedback section where you can get in touch with the Treader personally for
any extra advice or to arrange a one on one session!
